    Please join us for this very unique annual event, the 2026 Science and Art Showcase!

    In collaboration with Mid-Columbia Ballet, LIGO tours will be enhanced with gravitational wave inspired ballet performances along the route.

    There will also be a showcase of art created by students in 4th grade at Kiona-Benton Elementary School. These students participated in a cross-curricular unit of study, learning about the connections between art, ballet dance, and wave science.

    Come join us for an enlightening event at Howard Amon Park where we will celebrate local and Palestinian Indigenous cultures. Join us for this family-friendly event celebrating Indigenous joy from Turtle Island to Palestine, featuring Native and Palestinian vendors, drummers and dancers!

    - - Learn about local and Palestinian cultures while enjoying a variety of vendors, booths and activities, including a raffle drawing!

    Performances at 11 am and 3pm

    Watch pow wow and dabke performances and a short presentation about their cultural significance. Raffle winners announced at the end of the program.

    This in-person event promises to be a powerful and educational experience. Don't miss out!
