The Rehearsal & Event Studio

Price: $50/Hour

The Podcast & Audio Booth

Price: $25/Hour

  • Yamaha MG10XU Mixer (10-channel) with two RCA inserts.
  • Audio-Technica AT2020 condenser microphones (two).
  • Poulson 4-Channel headphone splitter for group sessions.
  • 27″ iMac loaded with Adobe Audition 2024, GarageBand, and Audacity.

The Conference Room

Price: $35/Hour

  • 12-Seat Table with integrated power outlets.
  • Fiber Internet: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
  • Visual Tools: 6ft double-sided rolling whiteboard.
  • Hybrid Ready: Plug-and-play equipment for seamless video conferencing.
  • Comforts: Refreshment station with hot/cold water, coffee, and tea.

FAQ'S

How do I lock in my dates?
Full payment is required at the time of booking via our online system. If you need to pay by check, please contact us for an invoice; however, your date is not reserved until the check has cleared.
We require at least 30 days’ written notice for a cancellation. 1/3 of your total rental fee is non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, no refund will be issued.
We will make every effort to transfer your reservation to a new date subject to availability. If ACTF must cancel your reservation due to local ordinances or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
  • Conference Room: Up to 20 people.
  • Podcast Booth: Up to 4 people.
  • The Studio: 50 (seated at tables), 75 (chairs only), or 100 (standing).

Events can be held between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM on weekdays and between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM on weekends. Please ensure your booking includes enough time for both setup and cleanup, as these must happen within your reserved window.

Parking is limited on-site. Please be mindful not to park on adjacent neighboring properties, as unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing.

Yes, provided you do two things at least 7 days in advance:

  1. Obtain and email us a copy of your Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board permit
  2. Provide a copy of an insurance rider for the event.
We want you to make the space yours, but we prohibit glitter, confetti, birdseed, and open flames (electronic candles only). Please ensure décor does not leave permanent marks or damage any surfaces.
Only ADA-recognized service animals are permitted in the building.
The space should be left in a tidy condition. You are responsible for taking all event trash to the dumpster in the alley next to the Studio. If the trash doesn’t fit, it must be removed from the property by the renter.
A card is kept on file until 10 days after your event to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning fees, or unexpected costs incurred by the facility during your rental.
