As we enter the holiday season, the Tri-Cities comes alive with music, performances, and celebrations that remind us why the arts matter so deeply. This time of year has a way of bringing people together—families making memories, students taking the stage for the first time, and audiences sharing in the joy that only a live performance can spark. It’s a powerful reminder that the arts aren’t just entertainment; they are one of the ways we build connection, lift each other up, and strengthen the spirit of our community.
At ACTF, we’ve spent the past several months listening, learning, and exploring new opportunities for how the arts can grow in our region. While we’re not quite ready to unveil everything, we can say this: exciting possibilities are taking shape that strengthen the long-term path toward a performing arts center. They are rooted in the feedback we’ve heard from residents, the needs of our stakeholders, and the belief that our community deserves more spaces where creativity and connection can flourish side by side. We look forward to sharing more as these opportunities continue to take shape.
In the meantime, we hope you’ll make room in your calendar for the many holiday-themed concerts, plays, and performances happening throughout the Tri-Cities. When you attend a show, cheer for local students, or support our performing arts organizations, you are helping sustain the cultural heartbeat of this community. Every ticket purchased, every applause offered, every moment shared helps build momentum for what comes next.
And speaking of gathering—our Annual Holiday Breakfast is just around the corner on December 4 at 7:30 AM at the Riverfront Hotel in Richland. This annual event is our way of celebrating the season with you, sharing a meal, offering a few updates, and looking ahead to a bright 2026. If you haven’t already, we hope you’ll reserve your free ticket using the link elsewhere in this newsletter, or even host a table if you’d like to bring friends or colleagues. While the breakfast is free to attend, there will be an opportunity to support our work for those who are able.
